Request Withdrawal

Product Returns and Replacements.

mygreekgames.com aims to ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience by offering customers the option to return and replace a product with the same or a different item, provided that the requested product is available.

Returned products can only be accepted if they are in their original condition, unused, and in their original manufacturer packaging.

Requests for product replacement or return must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.

Requests can be submitted electronically through the customer account:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to "My Orders".
3. Select the order you wish to return.
4. Click "Submit Withdrawal Request".
5. Complete the required information and submit your request.

After submitting your request, you may track its status through the "Withdrawals Requests" section of your account.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

In all cases, the product must be returned together with all accompanying documents (e.g. retail receipt, invoice, etc.).

Right of Withdrawal
For purchases made through the online store, consumers have the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The right of withdrawal may be exercised electronically through the "Submit Withdrawal Request" option available within the relevant order in the customer's account.

If an incorrect product has been shipped, mygreekgames.com assumes full responsibility for replacing and delivering the correct product to the customer, covering all associated shipping costs, provided that the product is returned in its original condition.

The replacement request must be submitted within three (3) days of receiving the incorrect product.

In all cases, the product must be returned together with all accompanying documents (e.g. retail receipt, invoice, etc.).
